With the help of Housing Connections staff, Bloomfield’s Bethel Center for a Humane Services, a nonprofit organization affiliated with the Bethel AME Zion Church, is constructing a new multi-family site of 40-50 affordable rental units for families and the elderly.
With the help of Housing Connections staff, Brooklyn Housing Authority is transferring a multi-family property with 27 vacant rental units over to the nonprofit developer ECHO in order to restore the property.
With assistance from Housing Connections staff, Cheshire Housing Authority completed the Foote Commons affordable housing development—new construction of 14 units and renovation of 6 existing units. The project was completed in late 2013.
